Minor 7 Horizontal Arpeggios
In the previous issue, we worked on some Major 7 horizontal arpeggios (arpeggios spanning multiple chord shapes/voicings).
This week, lets take the same approach on several common Minor 7th arpeggios.
Practice each of the below examples slowly at first, and then working on increasing your speed.
Guitarist Spotlight
Peter Honoré (Danish Pete)
Peter Honoré, better known as "Danish Pete," is a professional guitarist, musician, and content creator best known for his work with Andertons Music Company, and his vibrant online presence.
Originally from Denmark, Pete has built a successful career in the UK music scene, playing with major artists, working as a session musician, and inspiring other guitarists around the world with his signature blend of skill, tone, and enthusiasm.
Pete spent years as a touring guitarist, performing with well-known artists like Tom Jones and Girls Aloud. His experience on big stages helped him develop a unique playing style, blending blues, rock, and pop influences into a sound that is expressive and melodic. His warm, soulful tone and tasteful phrasing have become his trademark, making him a favorite among guitar fans.
In addition to his performing career, Pete became widely recognized as a key figure at Andertons Music Co., where he co-hosts gear demos, reviews, and jam sessions with fellow musicians. His friendly, down-to-earth personality and deep knowledge of guitars and equipment have made him a beloved figure in the online guitar community. Through his work with Andertons, he has helped countless players discover new gear and improve their tone.
Pete has put his stamp on some seriously cool signature gear - perfect for players chasing his smooth, expressive tone. He collaborated with Chapman Guitars (founded by Andertons' alum' Rob Chapman) to create the Peter Honoré Signature DPT. Pete is probably best known for his purple Fender Custom Shop Telecaster, and the Chapman signature model is a t-style design that combines the vintage vibe of his Fender Tele, with some modern features (such as a curved heel and belly cut).
On the pedal side, Pete teamed up with ThorpyFX to create the Dane Overdrive, a killer low-to-mid gain overdrive + boost designed to nail his warm, dynamic bluesy sound. It’s incredibly responsive, letting you dial in everything from subtle breakup to singing sustain. If you’re after Danish Pete’s signature touch-sensitive drive, this is the pedal to grab. The newer MKII version of the Dane features a more compact design, and an added germanium boost switch.
Pete also partnered with Victory Amps, for his signature DP40 The Duchess amp. The amp features the same specification as the standard V40, but with a slightly tweaked reverb voice that offers a little more depth and brightness - and it's in Pete's signature purple color.
Beyond his work in music retail and media, Pete is also a passionate educator. He shares playing tips, tone secrets, and musical insights through his social media channels, inspiring guitarists of all levels to keep learning and growing. Whether he’s playing on stage, testing new gear, or sharing his love for music online, Pete Honoré continues to be a respected and influential voice in the guitar world.

Heritage Standard H-535
The H-535 is Heritage’s soulful spin on the legendary ES-335—a semi-hollowbody that blends timeless design with modern craftsmanship. Handbuilt in Kalamazoo, Michigan (yes, the same place where the golden-era Gibsons were made), this guitar is a genre-hopping machine, equally at home with rock, blues, jazz, and everything in between.
Crafted with a laminated figured maple top and back, the H-535 delivers a crisp, articulate tone with a touch of natural brightness. Thanks to its solid center block, you get all the resonance of a hollowbody without the feedback headaches—perfect for both studio sessions and live gigs. The genuine mahogany neck sports a comfy '50s C-shape, while the 12" radius rosewood fretboard feels smooth under your fingers, making bends and vibrato a breeze.
Under the hood, you'll find a pair of Seymour Duncan '59 humbuckers (though older models may vary), offering rich, vintage-inspired tones. From warm, velvety cleans to gritty, overdriven growls, this guitar covers a ton of sonic ground.
What makes it even cooler? Heritage guitars are built in the original Gibson factory, using the same classic equipment, by luthiers who’ve been at it for decades. That means you're getting top-tier quality, vintage mojo, and a more wallet-friendly price tag.
